How to Add EzSignly Widgets

What You See on the Widgets Adding Page
When you open the template editor, EzSignly displays a clean workspace with three main areas:

- Widgets & Settings Panel (Left Side)
- Document Canvas (Center)
- Pages Panel (Right Side)
This is where all widgets are available for selection and placement.
This is the main document view where you place widgets on the page.

On the left panel, under Widgets, EzSignly shows all the most commonly used signing fields.

How to Add Widgets in EzSignly (Step-by-Step)
Adding widgets in EzSignly is quick and beginner-friendly.
Step 1: Create a Template
Go to your dashboard and from the left panel select “create a template”. Upload your required document, add recipients information and click next.
Step 2: Choose the Widget You Need
In the left panel, click on any widget type such as: Signature, Date, Text Input, Checkbox.
Step 3: Place the Widget on the Document
Once selected, you can place the widget directly on the document page. This ensures every signer knows exactly where to sign, and fields stay consistent across all document sends.
Step 4: Add Multiple Widgets as Needed
