Often, we go through life on autopilot, simply following others' path without stopping to truly think about the bigger picture. Whether it's small, seemingly inconsequential decisions or larger, more impactful ones, we tend to go along with what's familiar.

As a multi-company owner, I found myself following the same old practices when it came to document signing. For years, like many of my peers, I used a well-known signing portal. But as my businesses grew so did my horizons. I began to question the exorbitant amount of money I was paying for a signing service that didn’t feel quite right. Coming from a tech background with 20 years of experience building products, I knew there had to be a better way. The existing options were expensive, and the user experience was often cumbersome. It became clear that what I needed, and what others probably needed too, was a solution that was not only simple and secure, but also legally binding and, of course, affordable.

I decided put a hard stop to the practice of overpaying for signing systems and started building a better solution. And that vision became EzSignly. EzSignly was created to meet the needs of businesses like mine, businesses that wanted an easy, secure way to sign and manage documents without the heavy price tag.
